Instructions to candidates
- (a)Candidates are expected to use a Database Management System when developing their projects.
- (b)A soft copy of the system and documentation must be stored in a removable storage medium (CD-R/CD-RW/DVD-R/DVD-RW).
- (c)Candidate's name and index number should appear on the cover page of the documentation and on the storage medium.
- (d)Each candidate should hand in a hard copy and a soft copy of the project documentation.
- (e)Candidates should answer the questions in English.

Membership Categories
- Regular/General: Perform core activities
- Executive/Leaders: Chairperson, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary
Membership Rules
- Each student must join ≥1 club
- Membership changes at start of academic year
- Leaders must clear with patron before exiting
Financial Management
Revenue Allocation
- 50%: Club activities
- 30%: Annual parties/outings
- 20%: Club savings
- School Support: 70% of party/outing allocation
System Requirements
- (a)Store and manage details of school clubs and their patrons
- (b)Store and manage student membership including their specific roles
- (c)Store and manage club activities and events
- (d)Track members who join or leave clubs
- (e)Manage club finances (registration fees, expenses)
- (f)Compute school's financial contributions
- (g)Compute savings for each club
- (h)Generate financial summary reports
